Once your order is placed, we will confirm receipt by sending an acknowledgment email to the address provided at checkout. This acts as an invoice and includes your order number and all relevant details.
Once your order is placed, a standard processing time is required before shipment. Our pieces are inspected carefully to reflect our commitment to quality and authenticity. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Please ensure that you have selected the correct size, color, and product before confirming your order. If you need to make an emergency modification to your shipping address, please email umbralicww@gmail.com immediately. Once an order is processed and packed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

UMBRALIC accepts payment via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as accelerated checkout options like Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

All transactions are secure and encrypted. Only one method of payment will be accepted per transaction. You authorize UMBRALIC to charge all amounts to the payment method details you provide at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment's tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update online after the label is created.
If a package is returned to our facility due to an invalid address or delivery failure, please contact umbralicww@gmail.com for further assistance. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.

No Refunds

At UMBRALIC, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been purchased. Each piece is made and inspected carefully to reflect our commitment to quality and authenticity.
